Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in — or before you report a suspected unauthorised access — is your responsibility. Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and your account verification status. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals on fully verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals may take up to one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. ary999 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.
If a deposit fails or is reversed by your bank or mobile wallet provider, the corresponding funds will not be credited to your ary999 account. If a withdrawal is returned by your bank or wallet, the funds will be returned to your ary999 balance and you will be notified to select an alternative payment method or resolve the issue with your provider before requesting again.

Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The amount you must wager to clear a bonus is calculated as the bonus amount multiplied by the stated wagering multiplier. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager PKR 30,000 before any related winnings become withdrawable. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, though withdrawing real-money funds before clearing a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.
ary999 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have all bonuses cancelled and associated winnings removed. Repeat or severe abuse may result in permanent account closure.
ary999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where an active promotion is cancelled, wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured for the duration stated in the original offer. A bet is voided if the event does not take place, is abandoned without a result, or if ary999 determines that a market was settled in error. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's account. Void bets do not contribute to sports bonus wagering requirements. Where a multi-bet (accumulator) contains one voided selection, the bet is recalculated as if that selection did not exist.
In-play markets on cricket and football are available during live events. ary999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during passages of play where significant events are imminent or have just occurred. Bets placed while a market is suspended will be rejected. In-play odds reflect real-time event status and may shift rapidly.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. Where a winning bet exceeds the stated maximum payout for that market, the payout will be capped at the maximum stated limit. This applies to single bets, accumulators, and all other bet types.
ary999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to an obvious technical error or a clearly incorrect price. An obvious error includes but is not limited to odds that are significantly out of line with the market and bets accepted after an event has already concluded. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ary999 and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:
ary999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required identity verification, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or provision of false registration information. Where an account is closed due to a player-side breach, any balance may be forfeited depending on the severity and nature of the breach.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ary999 support. If you are requesting closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please use the self-exclusion tools in your account dashboard or specify this clearly when contacting support, as a different process applies. Account closure requests that are not for responsible gaming purposes will be processed within five business days.
